Our system uses a layered façade build-up with real brick slips forming the outer face and first layer of weather resistance, supported by an engineered rail system behind that assists with drainage and moisture management within the façade assembly.

BRICK SLIP SYSTEM
The FLOSA Brick Slip Cladding System is a mechanically fixed, non-loadbearing rainscreen façade designed to achieve the appearance of traditional masonry while using a lightweight ventilated cavity construction. The system combines real brick slips, an adjustable aluminium support structure, and moisture-managed detailing to support modern façade performance across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
Why Use a Brick Slip System
A brick slip system is ideal when a project wants the appearance of real brickwork but requires a lighter, thinner, and more adaptable façade solution than full masonry construction. It is particularly well suited to multi-storey buildings, lightweight structures, retrofit projects, and façades where structural load, wall build-up, and installation efficiency are important.
